Opening my own counselling practice was a way for me to combine my love of psychology with my desire to assist and empower people. During the pandemic, I was working as an office manager and I relished the opportunity to support my team members and our clients by listening to them, problem solving and exploring options. My lived experience of caring for my grandmother during her final months inspired me to focus my training on grief and loss to support others who are facing big change or upheaval. 
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to sit with clients during their most difficult moments, and work with them to find relief and confidence in themselves. I enjoy using humour and creativity to find new perspectives and solutions when people feel stuck.
